The 9" Pro Series Stout Fillet Knife features a high-quality, full tang, German Stainless-Steel blade coated with Dupont Teflon for easy cleaning and excellent corrosion resistance. The Pro Series Stout Fillet Knife also features an ergonomic and textured dual molded grip for comfort and slip resistance. Included is a molded sheath with a belt loop. Our most popular knife for dense bodied fish such as Cobia, Tuna and Swordfish. This knife has nearly zero flex which is also great for steaking fish. Doubles as an excellent knife for cutting Bonito strips and chunk baits.
